I can't possibly say enough good things about these people. It's always unfortunate when you find yourself in need of collision repair, but the people at Allen Auto Body were a joy to work with despite this. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top notch and their technicians are highly skilled. I highly recommend them.

I can't express in words how great this shop was to me after my accident. It's clear their business model is built on quality work and exceptional service. Amanda communicated clearly with me through the whole process, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. Then, when I got my car back, it was almost like a brand new car! They did excellent work. I'm so thankful I was referred to them. Hopefully I won't need that kind of work again... but if I do, I know exactly where I'm going!

I would highly recommend Allen's. They took care of me like family. Amanda was dedicated to making sure my insurance didn't try to get over on me, no matter how hard she had to fight. My car came out beautiful...looks brand new again. Don't even continue searching call Allen's!!!!!!

UPDATE: Through unexpected circumstances, I found myself back at Allen Auto Body, and man, I cannot say enough nice things about them! They go so far beyond what other shops do! Great body shop!!! Amanda really works with you to fit the job in your budget without sacrificing quality! 10/10 would recommend.
